  • Full apartment fit out including paint grade doors/frames, skirting boards, architraves and window boards.
  • Full ironmongery package.
  • Spray painted wardrobes.
  • Bathroom cabinets.
  • FF&E items to bathrooms including shower screens, bath screens, toilet dispensers, etc.
  • Bespoke reception desk to the concierge area of Block A.
  • Hardwood bench seats to orangery areas.
  • Bespoke joinery items to the gym in Block D to include veneered panelling and harwood covers to wall mounted air conditioning units.
