67 Lombard Street is a Cat A office fit out of an existing office building in Central London.  The main contractor demolished the entire building behind the retained facades and re-built completely adding another 5 floors to the height.

Horbury Group Ltd undertook the following works:

  • Hardwood and veneered internal door sets throughout office and public areas.
  • External metal ceilings to the entrance canopy, SAS metal ceilings to the office space and MF ceilings and partitions to the core area.
  • Metsec SFS and external render.
  • GRG circular column casings.
  • Paint grade internal door sets throughout back of house areas.
  • Flush finished metal riser doors to all levels.
  • Stone vanity tops with back painted glass to all toilet areas.
  • Glass and stainless steel Portico wall to the ground floor reception.
  • Bespoke reception desk.
  • Toilet FF&E items.
  • Full internal and external signage package.
  • General joinery included window boards and skirting boards.
